THREADED PISTON WITH GRUB SCREW FOR LOW FRICTION SEAL – “CTFGV” TYPE
The CTFGV series piston is a semifinished product suited to building single or double acting hydraulic cylinders. Built in 9SMn28 steel, there is a “GER” gasket holder inside of it. Its structure is very compact, ideal for resolving problems with cylinder length, when needed. Furthermore, the grain in the rear part simplifies securing it to the cylinder rod. This product is particularly suited for applications with considerable gasket wear. Furthermore, its extremely low friction coefficient ensures easy sliding and reduces the stick-slip effect to a minimum. Used especially for press, earth moving and industrial sector cylinders.
