The ALOX series thread sealant is an anaerobic adhesive for medium resistance metals to lock nuts and bolts and other threaded parts that require disassembly. Also recommended for use on greased surfaces. Highly resistant to corrosion, vibrations, water, gases, oils, fuels and many chemical agents. Proven resistance to unscrewing at temperatures over 200°C. Approved as DIN-DVGW gas-tight sealant for threaded fittings as per European standard DIN EN 751 Reg. No.NG-5146AU0399 and GAZ DE FRANCE. Approved for TZW – DVGW potable water use. It maintains its sealing properties unaltered in a temperature range between -55°C and +200°C up to +250°C for brief periods.
